Service levels:
- 24 x 7 same day: A service technician is scheduled to arrive onsite within 24 hrs. of receiving your call. When onsite service is required, a service technician is scheduled to arrive 2 or 4 hrs after the remote problem is determined.
- 9x5x4 hours: A service technician is scheduled to arrive onsite within 4 hrs. after remote determination of problem. Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm local time excluding holidays.
- 9x5 next business day: A service technician is scheduled to arrive onsite on the next business day after we receive your call. Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm local time excluding holidays.
- Quick Serve Depot repair: Express carrier pick-up of product and delivered to our depot center, where it is repaired within 12 hrs. of arrival. Product returned to you by express carrier.
